I am thrilled to announce that I have been selected to participate in the Disney Imagineering Off-campus Program in Spring 2011!!! Only 12 students were chosen in a competition that was open to all SCAD students and I believe I'm the first Photography major to ever be selected. I am beyond belief and can't wait to participate in this once in a lifetime opportunity! This program allows me to work directly with the 42 Disney Imagineers who work in Orlando, learning all of the behind-the-scenes operations and examining the company's various concepts/themes that are found in each of their theme parks, resorts, and cruise lines. Needless to say, I can't wait for Spring term to come around!

In my latest series, created as part of SCAD's Commercial Photography course, I designed advertisements that parody the famous Captain Morgan label and is part of a larger conceptual project that explores the way alcohol is advertised and the effects alcohol has on various aspects of society, from the private to the public lives of drinkers. Please take the time to view this new series located under Adult Content and I'd love to hear any of your feedback. Sincerely - "Cowboy" Logan Zawacki
